UMAP Vice President Forum 2009 Internation Conference

"Some Changes of Higher Education in Asia and the Pacific: The Focus on Harmonization and Networking" 7-8 March 2009, at the Internation Conference Center, Hiroshima, Japan. Harmonization and Networking in the context of globalization may be achievable through the offer of cross-border higher education services, such as; e-learning, academic expatriates, study abroad, and franchising of world class universities. All are the matters of meaningful implementation to be shed with some lights from the UVPF 2009

UMAP Vice President Forum is conceived as the network of Vice Presidents who are the high level university administrators whose scope of work and responsibilities are related to the achievement of UMAP vision and mission according to the Strategic Plan 2006-2010.
