To meet with UMAP?s aim on enhancing socio-economic and cultural understanding among member countries/territories through the cooperation of higher educational institutions on student and staff exchange.

UMAP Vice President Forum
UMAP Vice President Forum is conceived as the network of Vice Presidents who are the high level university administrators whose scope of work and responsibilities are related to the achievement of UMAP vision and mission according to the Strategic Plan 2006-2010.

UMAP Credit Transfer Scheme
The objective of the UCTS is to help make UMAP more effective by ensuring credit for study undertaken on exchange and to facilitate greater mobility between UMAP countries/Territories and other regions.
